To help us provide guests with an accurate description of your property please supply a brief indication of the interior, i.e. kitchen and living areas, recent decorating improvements, balcony or other notable features.
Description of the living areas - how many, open plan etc.
Please provide instructions for applicable appliances or amenities
Please state cupboards or areas in your property which are locked and not for use by the guests during their stay.
Description of the property exterior - condition of property, patio area etc.
Description of the views & orientation - North West facing, sea views etc.
Description of the parking available - On the property, street availability, if any cost applies etc.
Description of what is in the local area - Cafes, shops, supermarkets, recreational facilities etc.
Description of public transport available - train, bus, time to walk to them, bus numbers etc.
If so what are these? ie. Require a face-to-face meeting with all guests prior to handing over keys.
If so please confirm which animals are allowed ie. dogs only.
Are there any rules the owner would like to stipulate - no noise after 10pm, no parties, no smoking etc.
